Trying Update fields from outise dbf table.

I have winXP sp2-Goldmine-dbase\gbox pro.
I have to update two fields ext3 and address3 in Goldmine from an outside DbaseIV table.
I did sofar: in Goldbox

Source : c:\freight.dbf (outside)
Update table:via MAINCONTACTS (?)
mapping the two fields .

the update is to be done only if: Freight->Company=CONTACT2->UCONDITION
I am struggling WITH THIS FILTER and/or to take Maincontacts or other table with the setup.
Outside table 1000 records,Goldmine 50.000 records
Thanks for help
