I have a field with numerous values in it. Access does not have a "total" field for Product like Excel does. How can I create a function to multiply all values in the field and get one answer? In excel you just type Product(X:Y) and it multiplies the values. Thanks

The approach would be to create a new field. It's value would be derived from the syntax...

[Field1] * [Field2]

How you insert this expression would depend on if you are running a query, a report or opening a form.
