I have Crystal Ver 8.
I am connecting to a Providex ODBC driver which is what MAS200 Accounting software uses. I also have several USER DNS setup because when I run my reports I might select a different set of data.
Anyway, I distribute a lot of reports weekly and thought I would try out CrystalDesk. I scheduled a few reports and when I go to "Run Report" I keep getting the error, "ODBC Error [Microsoft Driver Manager] Connection not open".
What does this mean? I can run the report outside CrystalDesk, just not from it. Any ideas?
