I have created a Crystal Report from a query I created in SQL Server. I want to be able to have the data in the report update when the report is accessed by users. How can I do this?

1.) Turn off the "Save Data with Report" switch. This will make sure your users don't get the same snapshot you made when you saved the report for the first time. This is a neat feature, but extremely annoying if not utilized properly and I believe its turned on by default.

2.) Not knowing how you are offering report access to your users, If they are using the Crystal Report Viewer, simply hit the "ligtning bolt" refresh button. This will either refresh the report immediately, or give the user the series of parameters to fill out that it may require before refreshing.

or press f5 and that should also work
