Trying to sync Access table on Pocket-PC

I created an Access database on my iPaq Pocket-PC. I am syncing the device up to my NT machine using ActiveSync 3.5.
I copied the database to my workstation. When I try to keep these two syncronized I get the error message:

"Driver's ConfigDSN, ConfigDriver, or ConfigTranslator failed Windows CE Services and could not create a database to store table synchronization information."

Does anyone know how to fix this error? I tried looking for this error on Microsoft's MSDN site and can't find it.
