trying to setup call recording with 3rd party voicemail

I am trying to setup a partner ACS with an Amanda voicemail, the customer needs to use the record feature, where they can record a call into their voicemail box, has anyone does this? Or does anyone know the integration pattern that the partner sends when you press the record key?

I am assuming here. BUT, the Partner should be sending a code to the voicemail (assuming it is Parnter voice mail) to tell it to record. You would have have to find out what the Amanda system would expect for a code, and see if it the same.

Sounds to me that you could find out what the Partner sends with a Digitgrabber. Also sounds to me that it isn't going to do you any good since the Amanda isn't going to use it.

Sounds to me like you need to get with Amanda tech support or at least their documentation on integration with Partner.

That's what it sounds like to me.
