Trying to set up individual retstriction overides 1

Hello I've set restrictions on all phones from making long distance calls and using F68 cos overide to allow the users to enter in an individual password to make there long distance calls. I've had to use a differant cos password for each individual employee so that the smdr can ID each employee who makes these calls.
My question is there a way to allow each cos to only work on the extension that the employee is assigned to?

NO AS LONG AS THEY INPUT A COS PASSWORD THEY CAN GO OUT FROM ANY PHONE.

WHEN YOU ENTER A COS PASSWORD AT A TELEPHONE, THE RESTRICTION FILTERS ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR PASSWORD APPLY INSTEAD OF THE NORMAL RESTRICATION FILTERS.
