trying to save messages that the system wants to delete

ok have a message in the system that the octel 250 wants to auto archive and delete it. I am only given a option to replay or delete how can I kep and resave this file, it will not let me listen to my new messages until I adress this message

Listen to the msasqage all the way through and then hit 9 to save it. If your COS is correct, the system will save for another X days. (whatever your profile allows)

I located the option it is #7 on the menu "change COS profile"

on the COS for the MB on the second page it is listed as deletion warning...changed it to 2 hear msg / save

It did? In most cases if the message is already flagged for deletion changing the COS after the fact will not let you re save it.
