Trying to save email but save window is too big

when i usually save my emails by doing file save as it comes up with the save box which is quite small. But now when i go to save as the save box fills the whole screen it used to be handy seeing my email box whilst naming the email the appropriate name.

Does anyone know how to get the save as box to it's orginal small size?

I'm using outlook 2002

Hmmm, never seen that happen.

Do you perhaps have a file or folder in My Documents or the default saving folder which has a very long filename causing the save as dialog to make the columns very wide?

If you open the folder in windows explorer does the folder look normal? Does it have a large number of files?
