Trying to Restore a folder with errors please HELP!

I am trying to restore a folder but I keep getting this error "Commserv database query failed". Does anyone know what this means or what I can do to resolve this?

There was a problem talking to the database. Try restarting the database that is running the Commvault system. It should be on one of the media agents.

I did try restarting the database and I have rebooted the entire box. I am running 5.9 SP2 on a win2k3 box. When I try to restore a file from the local media agent it works fine but trying to restore data from another server is gives me this error. Do you have any other advise?
