Trying to rebuild a messed up WSP System

Trying to get the events, announcements, and links back in on a re-install of SharePoint. I was able to find the following Utility to get the Documents back - which saved my bacon, but the other thing elude me.

I don't think I can do a simple SQL Copy as this is now a new site on the server, but I have my old data.
