I would like to print the same exact record twice without crystal reading the next record. I have two subreports inside the details section of the main report. It prints fine, but instead of printing two of the same report, i.e. record 1-1, 2-2, 3-3, etc... it prints reports 1-10 in order then 1-10 again. I need it to print 1-1,2-2,3-3. etc. any suggestions would be awsome, thanks.

You need to create a table to link to your report that inflates the quantity by finding multiple values by means of the link.

You will need the number of records you want in your database or in a formula field - i.e. the first record has a 1, the second a 2 then 14th a 14, etc.

Create a table in say, MS Access that has the numbers 1 thru 100 in it. Link from your original table to this one with a less than or equal to link. This means that record 14 will find 14 matches in this table and you will see the record 14 times - exactly what you want.

If you have to create a formula in your original database, you will have to alter your approach a bit and use a linked subreport. Software Support for Macola, Crystal Reports and Goldmine
