Trying to open Enterprise folders

Hello All,
I'm trying to open the Enterprise folders (Vers 9) from within Crystal (vers 9). When I click on the enterprise icon and try to login, I get the error: "The system CMV******** can be contacted, but there is no Central Management Server running at port 6400". Does anyone have an idea of how to fix this?

Hi,
Check the CE services ( especially the CMS service) using the CCM and be sure all are started AND enabled..

Is there a firewall (software or hardware) running anywhere between you and the CMS server?

There are none that I know of, the machines are all on the same internal network.

Isn't "Central Management Server" a new term with BOXI? Do you have the trial version installed along with v9? There are a couple of support articles with your error message, both for BOXI.
