Hello. I am trying to merge two word documents together. I am currently doing this by creating three different OBJECTS, one for each document and then the final "merged" one. I am using the line:
BMRange.InsertFile GetObject(sInvDocPath + sInvDocName)
to actually get the one document into the other. The problem is, I have information being stored into the header of this document that I am pulling over. Before it gets "merged" the information is there, but once it is inserted into the new file, everything is gone from the header. Does anyone know of a way that I can keep this information in the header and carry it over to the other document? Also, is it possible to merge a word doc and an excel document together, on two seperate pages? THANKS!!!
