I've created an Access report from a query that summarizes construction cost amounts (SumOfIncurredAmount) by category (Category) . The report looks something like this:

(project header)

Job # 9999 Direct Labor: $177,375
Hours Worked: 8,989
SQFT: 61,000
(detail)

0010 - Project Supervision & Management $133,870
0020 - Temporary Facilities / Utilities $14,535
0030 - Construction Equipment $39,550
0033 - Construction Equipment Fuel & Maint $1,881
--------
Subtotal $189,836

Is it possible to set up & isolate a single calculation in the group footer that divides the Sum of Incurred Amount for 0030 - Construction Equipment into the Direct Labor Amount found in the Job Header ($39,550 / $177,375)?

Thank you in advance for any help that might be offered!

Try:
=Sum([SumOfIncurredAmount]*Abs([Category]="0030") )/[DirectLaborAmount]

dhookom - Thank you very much. I really appreciate your help. Because of your assistance our estimating group can now look at historical project indirect cost and analyize various calculations that will help us on future bids.
