I have a Solaris 9 server that we have pcnfs (not samba) running. We have like 20 user xp workstations that currently login to a windows 2000 server domain. These workstations also have the netmanage pcnfs installed on them so they can map the unix file systems to their windows environment. How easy is it to set up the XP workstations to log into and authenticate through the unix solaris 9 server instead of the windows 2000 server domain as it is now.
The solaris 9 server is the our dns server and contains all the users home directories etc... Also the solaris 9 server has an account / password for each user already set up.
I just want to know how I can login to the solaris 9 unix server. What to I need to change on the XP workstations.
Thanks
B
