If I call 4401 on our 3300 (4.2) it eventually goes to reception.
If I go to user and device configuration it is not found
If I go to Telephone Directory the extension is not found
If I go to Multiline Appearnce Groups the extension is not found.
If I go to Maintenance commands --> locate extension 4401 I get LOCATE: Non prime extension number.

If I go to Call Routing the extension IS found
If I go to Remote Directory Numbers the extension IS found

I dont know where else to look.. I have to delete the number but just cant get it

Thoughts?

It sounds like it is a key line appearance on a resilient set

You may not have waited for the multiline groups form to fully load

I thought I had replied.. sorry.

I let the multiline group page load completely (102 pages so it isnt too long)
Do a search for 4401 .. nothing
Do a search for my extension and it shows up for the two keys on my phone.
I do a search for our helpdesk line and it shows up on about 10 phones (which is correct).
So.. I think I am waiting enough.

I googled this a little more last night. I thought maybe it is only configured on one of our two controllers (we use SDS) but couldnt find it on the other controller either.

If it was on another controller, it would report as a remote directory number

If it was a resilient key line, it would show up in the group form

Next step would be to export the Group form and search it visually
