Trying to load Ethernet Drivers on Boot Disk...

I'm very unfamiliar with Linux so bear with me...
I'm trying to connect to a ZenWorks 4 Imaging server with a Dell Optiplex GX260 which has a Intel Ether Express 1000 network card in it. I think I've found the correct Linux drivers for the card but I'm unsure of which files the boot disk needs to detect the card. Can anyone help me out?
