Trying to Link .csv File on Server

This doesn't seem like this would be difficult. I'm clicking on Get External Data, Link Tables, then I select the file type. I type in the server address and Access logs in and I see my .csv file. However, I get "internet login failure" error when I click on this file.

As always, little help much appreciated!
