Trying to keep form open

I have a report that is being filtered and created based on a form. I am trying to keep the form open behind the report, but for some reason the form closes everytime the report opens. Even if I create a macro to close the form only when the report closes, it is not working. Is it possible that I have some code somewhere that is closing the form open openeing of the report. If there is, how do I find and delete it?

You can open any module and search the entire project for your form name or DoCmd.Close acForm,...
