Trying to install Internet Suite 7.0 on a PC running XP

Hi, I'm having trouble installing Internet Suite on a machine running XP. I can't get past the Restart where it looks from older versions to uninstall.

I've disabled the Firewall and Security Centre but it still, won't start to install. Any advice?
