Trying to install Exchange 2003 Licenses.

I installed an Exchange 2003 server in my domain and am now trying to add the Exchange licenses to the server. Everytime I try to add the licenses I get the following error.

You do not have the appropriate privileges to complete this operation.

I also cannot install Windows CAL's either, I get the same error.

Any thoughts or ideas?

Yeah - disable the licence logging service
