trying to install call center reporting

trying to install call centereporting.. it installs ok, but when i reboot i get an rcc.exe error and it keeps popping up every 2 seconds. i allowed all the ports in the firewall and set up IIS. what am i missing?

it is windows xp pro sp4.new oob. IIS is running.
