Trying to insert a PNG graphic - background comes out blank

Hi,
Using Crystal Reports XI R2 , I need to install a logo graphic (PNG image) onto a header of a report. When I do this using Insert Picture, the background of the picture turns black... Outside of Crystal, it is white, which is what I want it to be... How do I insert the picture without it changing the background to black?
