trying to grasp email stuff.....

My application generates reports for printing and viewing. I would like to add another feature; email. Trying to grasp the email stuff using VFP, what would be a viable solution to accomplish this? I'm using VFP 8 and MS Outlook is installed on all client machines.

Need a push in the right direction. that's all I'm asking. Thanks.
