Hi All

When I go into a document I see all the site users in the presence pane on the right but they're all offline.

A post I read somewhere said to check that they had an email address entered.

But when I go into site settings - administer users all i get is:

Add Users
Remove Selected Users
Edit Site Groups of Selected Users

Another post said go into site settings - manage profiles but I can't find where that is. Help :)

Hello,

If you go to Site settings, view information about site users, you can change/add the email address for users. However it will only show online prescense if the email address used in sharepoint is the same used in MSN messenger (unless you are using Live Communication Server in your company).

Cheers,
Thomas

Thanks Thomas

I don't suppose there's any script anyone knows of that will let you have a secondary address.

Otherwise anyone know of a free messenger webpart?
