Trying to generate a list of all tapes.

I know nothing about Veritas. Actually I'm trying to write a script for a workmate here. But I need to generate a list of all of the tapes that have ever been used (wether expired or not) Is there a way that I can generate some kind of report detailing this.

Try bpmedia or bpmedialist (with some options).

Thanks, do you know what those extensions might be? I run bpmedialist but it does not give me a list of the tapes that have expired.

Try "vmquery -a" this should be OK.
