Patients are receiving caller ID from and extension that is programed in ld 90 as #5. I want to find out which extensions use #5 as the CLID. Is there a way to fing out?

Thanks,
Larry

By #5, I mean I place 5 at the CLID prompt (Key 00 scr 3333 5) which 5 equates to an extension in the RLI in load 90. I'd like to know if there is a way to find the extensions programmed with CLID 5.

Thanks again,
Larry

Sorry, misunderstood. So are these outgoing trunk calls? It sounded like you were talking about internal calls.
CLID entries are programmed in LD 15 and printed in LD 21. There isn't any direct relationship with an RLI or LD 90 except that the outgoing route may allow or disallow CLID.

If you want to see which phones are programmed with CLID entry 5 then you would have to do as Wanebo suggests but use the conversion utility link that I gave you.
Another way is:
LD 20
REQ: PRT
TYPE:
TYPE CLIDVER
SORTBY
ESAONLY no
SHORT yes
CUST 0
DN
DATE
PAGE
DES

Keep in mind that someone could be spoofing the CLID.

Thanks for updating me on the conversion utility all. I use that thing a lot and it looks like some of the bugs I've encountered through the years have been fixed in FirebirdScrambler's newer version.

I downloaded the conversion in Stanley's post but I don't see a sort for the CLID tables. I'm obviously doing something wrong.

Click the box above the number 1 in the row position column, to the left of column A). That should highlight your entire spreadsheet. Then at the top click the Data tab, then choose Sort. Make sure the check box next to My Data Has Headers is checked, and use the drop down box for Sort By and find CLID. Select that and click OK.
