Trying to find intense CMYK blues like those I can find in RGB 1

Greetings,

I would really like to be able to print a CMYK blue that looks like RGB 128 128 255 does on the screen. I noticed very few intense blues available for CMYK, even when using my physical PMS guide. This is for a logo that I'm designing in Illustrator, and I will eventually print the business cards in Illustrator. Any suggestions?

that's the difference between RGB and CMYK colour gamets.
The PMS colour should be ok though.
Make sure to not have convert colours to Process

Thanks, Marcus, but the PMS prints like a dull purple, as opposed to a bright, indescribable blue (see RGB 128, 128, 155). I'd like a CMYK color to print like this RGB color looks on the screen. Impossible?

I would make sure that you monitor is calibrated, because my Red128 Green128 Blue255 is purple.
