Trying to find accurate efects....

I'm working on a web page layout project on Adobe Photoshop CS and I was wondering:
What effects should I apply to get a look for my top like those ones (I've got the shape)

Hi. Played about with this a bit.
For the first, just needed bevel and emboss, then reversed b&e on the right side then a gradient channel.
