We are trying to find a way to set the Operator console to Do Not Disturb. We have version 8 (it shows G3siV8i 04.0.046.5 upon login) and we hit the Night button on the operator's console, but phone calls will still be directed to the operator. There they will ring three times before call coverage picks up and rings 8 other stations that are in the coverage group. Questions: Should we be using Night Service for a Do Not Disturb, maybe if it worked? Could we set the console to only ring once or not at all when placed in Night or POS Busy, or can coverage groups have their own number that we could direct people to call, and if so, how do we assign a number to that group?
