Trying to establish connection with similar users

I am trying this venue to see if anyone out there has a similar Nortel environment that they might want to share tips and or advice/experiences with.
We have the following Nortel equipment:
CS1000M rls 4.5
Call Pilot Rls 4
CCMS Rls 6
CCMA Rls 6
CCMM Rls 6
CCT Rls 6

Witness call monitoring/recording Rls 7

We use primarily 39XX series phones but also have VOIP I2004 and a few odd balls here and there.

We are heavily trunked with PRI's and use SIP to a remote CS1000E/T config with a stand alone CCMS and Call Pilot

We also have remote users as teleworkers using the internet for connectivity.

If anyone has a similar set up or parts of this set up and would like to share some thoughts.......lemme kno!!!

It's worth pointing out that there are two distinct forums on this site, the Symposium/CC6 forum (here), and the Nortel Meridian systems forum. Obviously the CC6 cannot work without the succession/Meridian. We tend to focus on CC6/Symposium stuff.
