I have a customer that is running three BCM 400 (3.7) with VPIM. I can send messages across the network by logging into the mailbox and compose/forward a message. However, the customer is wanting to transfer callers (F986) into mailboxes at other locations. Can this be done? I can't get it to work in our lab and the Network User Guide doesn't mention anything but F981.

I don't think this is possible as you are not part of the actual system needing the transfer. You are only able to call back and forth and make a physical line tranfers. IP telephony allows this. Good luck

You could build a network delivery mailbox that resides locally on your BCM. That mailbox then receives the message and forwards it to the remote mailbox. It depends on how many mailboxes you have as to how complex this could become.
