Trying to delete Device

This is the message I receive if I try to delete a phone or a line.

If you are deleting it from the subscriber, check the SQL sync with DBLHelper. If it is happening on the Pub, make sure all CCm services is started under Services. Searching on Cisco,CDBLException, seems to point to TFTP. This is odd.
