Trying to create Automated Attendant

This is the deal fellas, I have to create an automated attendant, I got the basic features down packed. I tested the AutoAttend and its working fine. However, I want to have the ablity when i select (for example, press 2 for Customer Service) to be able to transfer to that HUnt Group but if no one picks up after 6 rings to hear a message stating, (please continue to hold, or press 0 to transfer to an operator). So far i know how to just transfer to that hunt group but I don't know hot to put that message in there after 6 rings?? Let me know if this makes sense.. Thanks.. I am using Voicemail Pro 21.18

I am currently reading that doc and it looks like it might help me. However, is there a way to have the person hear my message and only have the ability to press "0" for the operator but continue to hold until someone picks up???

You can create a Queued startpoint for the group and only have the option to dial 0 (ie no other options) but as soon as you've pressed something that's it, it's gone.

For some reason , and i'm not sure if i'm doing it right, but when i add the queued feature(in groups and call it CustService which matches that hunt group) nothing happens and when i press 2 for Customer Service, it hangs up... what do you think??

start by right clicking on "groups" in specific start points, the choose add, a box will open and using the drop down choose the hunt group you want this on, tick queued and still queued.
Now you will see the appropriate starting points, add your items behind that and link them. Then record the WAV files on those items and "save and make live
