Trying to create a 2 page form letter in pdf format 1

I am trying to create a 2 page form letter that will be output in pdf format. The first page contains fields from a sql select and the second page is static text. My problem is that I may have multiples, i.e. 4 or more pages, front/back front/back etc. so I cannot put the static text in the trailer. If anyone knows how to accomplish the 2 page (front/back) pdf form letter when having multiple sets of front/back groups, please HELP!!!!

In the object navigator, go to the property of the section where your report is (usually main section) and press F4. Make Horizontal Panels per page = 2, Vertical Panels per page = 1. In the layout model, put your static text to the right panel and make it Print on All Pages. In the left panel put repeating frame sized to occupy entire page. This frame soruce to be sourced with the group that creates that "multiple" content for the front page.
