I am trying to create a yearly calendar, to print on ONE page. I've tried Outlook and Word, and neither seem to be able to put a whole year on one page. Thanks in advance for any advice!! :)

You won't find it, Princess. Looked all over for it once and I've got pretty good resources...if you do find it, it'll be something somebody made up special.

Best thing I can think of is to create one for yourself in Excel. That way, at least you can type in the 1 (let's say January 1st is in cell B4) for the first day of each month, and for the rest of the days, type =b5+1 and copy it to the necessary cells.

You also have the fit to 1 x 1 pages in Excel, whereas in Word, if you have to create it from scratch, you'd be resizing all day long to make it fit to the page.

If you make one, I'd like one too, please! (Perhaps I ought to come up with one. That'd be something!) dreamboat@nni.com

i've seen small shareware appliciations in the past that do this, maybe try at or in their downloads area and search for a calendar generator

otherwise the excel option is the way to go, in fact i have done that in the past also when i was after a little more sharper formatting that the shareware alternatives Pete Bloomfield

Theres 2 ways in which you can do this. First is to use the Calendar Wizard in Word and then copy and paste the calendar once created into a picture/text box, and then resize to a single page (I've done this and it works fine).

Second option is to go to the Microsoft website and search for "calendar template". This will bring up a number of options for calendars for Powerpoint, Word and Excel. Excel's version was best because I created the calendar and then forced the print to fit on one page.

Worked like a charm.

Hi Pr1nc3ssJ3n1,

As my contribution, I created a "Perpetual Calendar" in Excel.

It only requires that you enter the YEAR, and then all monthly and yearly calendars will change automatically.

It allows for entry of up to four lines of data per day.

The user enters data into each monthly calendar. Each monthly calendar is located on its own separate sheet, with the data automatically transferring to the Yearly calendars via formula.

One of the yearly calendars has all 12 months on 1 page. As you can appreciate, the text size is small, but is still readable.

The other yearly calendar has 6 months printed on each of 2 pages.

All monthly and yearly calendars are "pre-set" for printing - i.e. all the user has to do is hit <Control> P <Enter>, or use the Print icon.

For anyone interested, there is NO VBA code used in this file. It is driven by formulas only.

This file will also serve as an excellent example of how to "Print Disjointed Ranges on ONE Page" ( see faq68-1161 ).

If anyone is interested in a copy of this file, just email me, and I'll return a copy.

If you find the file of value, I would appreciate feedback here on Tek-Tips. This feedback will in turn be of interest to others who potentially could use the file.
