What would have to be done to get this to work??
Using a DTI module on bcm and DTI cartridge on MICS. Would this work????

Depends. What are you trying to accomplish? What release of BCM? There is a fiber expansion module available on the BCM side if your MICS doesn't use copper modules.

Are the two systems in the same room/building or are they geographically separated etc. Do you just want to connect the MICSs' station and trunk modules directly to the BCM or do you want to keep the two separated and just be able to call between them?

Can you elaborate for us?

They are going to be in the same phone room. They want to be able to do 4 digit dialing between the both of them.

It should.

As long as there are no programming conflicts.

Use a crossover cable to connect the 2 systems.
