trying to configure xmwk on an acd phone

I am trying to configure our call center supervisors phone so that her MWI light responds to three general voicemail boxes as well as her own.

I'm having problems setting up the xmwk key for the main acd queue.

Being a supervisor she is part of a managers queue which is seperate to the main queue and rolls over with a nacd, as such she currently does not have a button on her phone for the main queue.

I'm not full time on the phone system which is why I am at a loss as to what is the best way of getting the main acd queue on her phone so that the xmwk will work.

Any help would be appreciated.

does the number in question have a mb on the number you are trying to retreive?..

If you mean mailbox for 'mb'? Yes.

I think I might have figured out what to do, though.

Say the main ACD queue is 6000, and the managers overflow ACD is 6001.
They are set up in NACD on 6000 so that after a couple of seconds it moves to 6001, and then a couple of seconds after that moves to voicemail.

How about for the mailbox that is set up for 6000, I set up to include calls to 6001 in the same mailbox. If I then xmwk 6001 on the supervisors phone (which is set up on that ACD). Does that sound like it would work?

Because of the business hours, I am going to try this in about 7 hours time, as I have just turned up (UK time) and the supervisor leaves off 1.5hours before me.

Hello

In Mmail, set up the Notification DN to a DN that is present on the supervisor set. I mean an SCR/SCN key may exist on that phone. You can then enter the CLS LMPX, KEY xx XMWK "Mail DN" "Notification DN". You can add as many XMWK keys (with a SCR/SCN associated keys) as neccessary.
