I am trying to configure our call center supervisors phone so that her MWI light responds to three general voicemail boxes as well as her own.
I'm having problems setting up the xmwk key for the main acd queue.
Being a supervisor she is part of a managers queue which is seperate to the main queue and rolls over with a nacd, as such she currently does not have a button on her phone for the main queue.
I'm not full time on the phone system which is why I am at a loss as to what is the best way of getting the main acd queue on her phone so that the xmwk will work.
Any help would be appreciated.
