I am trying to change the General Delivery and System Manager default mailbox numbers. Currently they are defaulting to mailbox 100 and mailbox 102. The problem is I have extensions that also use 100 and 102 and want to creat mailboxes for thoes extension as 100 and 102.

You can not change the numbers they are hard coded into the system. If you need mailboxes for extensions 100 and 102 you can use mailbox numbers 400 and 402 and then set the extension number as 100 and 102. But the customer will need to remember the mailbox number or you could leave auto logon enabled. This will only work if they are at the extension.
