We have recently let someone go in our company, Advisors Mortgage Group. We are using the Partner ACS system. The person changed his password and will not tell us what he used. Is there a way that I can go in and either change it or find out what it is? Thank you for your help in advance. Todd Meyer

Trying to change password on voicemail

Go into the System Administrator's mailbox, select mailboxes, select the mailbox in question, and select the prompt to initialize the PASSWORD (NOT INITIALIZE THE MAILBOX which would wipe out the messages)
