I have a word document file used as a dashboard report. It extracts information from an excel file I think its throught mail merge. The problem is the word document file will only open or populate when the excel file is opened first. I am trying to bypass opening the Excel file and just opened the word document file. They are both located in the same folder. Someone pleas help!!
