Trying to book a resource account (room) with meeting request in OWA

Using Outlook Web Access, we are having trouble adding resource accounts to meeting requests. If we add them to the TO: field we get a response about how it must be added to the Resource field. Unfortunately, I haven't found the resource field when sending via OWA. Using Exchange Server 5.5 w/ SP3 installed.
