Trying to become A+ Certified 1

I purchased a training course for the A+ certification exams. The book states that it is up to date for the 2003 exams. Is this book too old? Should I return it if I can?

The current CompTIA exams to beome A+ certified are 220-301 and 220-302, which are the 2003 objectives.
