Trying to Back-up 8 x 24 via Fast Rad

I have Mgr 9.0, and need to try to backup a 8 x24, I have been told that this can be done. What steps are involved?

You would need Norstar Manager 3.5 loaded on your PC. You need a serial cable, which you would connect directly to the RAD. Make sure you have the password for the RAD and set up and baud rate. The system's software must be atleast DR5.

Open Norstar Manager, username is anything, password is password, click on edit and add you system. Click on preferences and make sure the baud rate, com port and your connection are set correctly. Then go to run/submit tab and click done to start the backup.
