Try to delete user but getting error.Hot Desk User must log out before any modifications are allowed

Hi,

Sorry, stupid questions, but, trying to delete a user but getting the following error.

"Failed to delete phone MiVoice Business Phone Service with number 1*0002 on mivbuser1: Hot Desk User must log out before any modifications are allowed".

I searched previous tread and said to log user out and then delete etc... but, still won't delete.

Any suggestions?

You sure they're logged out? You can issue Maintenance Command "busy reset [dn]" against the hot desk extension, which will log the extension out.
