OK I have a CICS 4 X 16 w/6.1 software went in turned off system answer and CCR F*831 & F*832 then went in and did a F*833 turned Greeting A to user press show and REC and it comes up and displays TRY LATER. and disconnects. What did I do wrong? Thanks

has anyone used the auto attendant on a CICS, I ried to get them to buy the Call pilot 100 but no luck.

I believe you need a keycode to record your own message.

Does the pcmcia software card say "SIP" on it. This stands for Standars-Irad enabled-Prompts Enabled. If it doesn't say that then youm cannot record your own prompts.

This message I got before (try later) the s/w card was defective and it has to be replaced if you want to use the built in an everything else is working fine except that feature I replace it and it works fine. In the 6.1 s/w not like before all s/w comes with AA program prompts. I hope that helps.
