TrustedLink ev5 vs SAP Business Connector

First the basics: we run SAP version 4.6, interfacing with TrustedLink's ev5, both on the AS400.
We are a relatively small EDI shop due to limited trading partners. We are currently investigating XML, which is supposed to enable us to do e-commerce with more partners. My question is this: has anyone out there compared/contrasted TL's XML transformer with SAP's Business Connector? We're currently on the fence between these two products, and I'm looking for any information which can point us to either solution.

Thanks in advance.

Did you ever decide which to use? If so which did you choose and why? Thanks

For the time being, we're going to concentrate on the BC. It's free and looks like it will do more than what TL offers. From what I have gathered about TL's XML, you have to attach the file to an email in order to transmit it to your trading partner. The BC allows you to easily post it to a partner's ip address. Besides, the BC also offers an optional EDI add-on module, in the event that we want to transfer everything over to it.
