Trusted Sites not visible

I'm trying to add a list of trusted sites via Registry (doing it this way instead of GPO so the users can still add their own sites)

In Win7, I can see the trusted sites listed in the registry under the HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/Internet Settings/ZoneMap

I can also see some pre-exisitng trusted sites.

But if I go into IE, and go to the trusted sites and click Sites, it's only showing the pre-existing trusted sites, none of mine.

I'm a bit confused as to why I can't see the sites I've added.
