Trusted Extensions - Solaris 10

I am looking at the Trusted Extension for Solaris 10 and have found plenty of information, except where to get the software. Are trusted extensions part of the Solaris 10 distro, can you download them and are they free/purchase. Would also like to know if anyone has worked with them in the past and what your thoughts were.
